Hi, I'm Alec, the co-founder of AlGray Clothing.

Our story starts with my awesome nephew, Gray. This 10-year-old can do anything he sets his mind to, and I love making bets with him to prove it. Like the time we made a bet on who could learn to do a backflip on the ground first. He beat me, and I still can't do one. So when he came to me and said he wanted to start a T-shirt company, my answer was easy: “Let's team up! You and I can make this great!”

Our company is built on three pillars that are deeply personal to us: Humor, Positivity, and Experiences. Our designs are all about capturing a moment, a feeling, or a smile.

I recently moved to Japan, and starting this company has been an incredible way to bridge the distance and continue to build something with my nephew. It’s a way for us to connect despite being on opposite sides of the world.

Ultimately, I hope that our T-shirts become more than just clothing. I want them to be conversation starters that help you connect with others. Every time I wear one of my favorite T-shirts, someone comments on it, and it always leads to a great chat. My wish is that our designs will help you break down walls, make someone smile, and give you the chance to say, "Thanks! It's one of my favorites!".

Hi, my name is Gray, and I’m 11 years old. I'm the co-founder of AlGray Clothing with my Uncle Alec, who lives all the way in Japan.

I'm a big fan of soccer (I’m a goalie!), I am a runner, (I've run a half marathon and even hit my goal of a 5:59 mile!), and I love to draw. (You'll see a lot of my drawings and ideas on our shirts!)

My uncle and I started this company because I wanted to earn money for a motorcycle, but it's become about so much more. I love the idea that our shirts can make people feel warm inside and spread kindness. I believe that with hard work, I can help spread that warmth to the world.
